AGMs
As a charity, and following The Scouts Policy, Organisation & Rules (POR), we are required to hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) within 6 months of the end of our financial year.
The AGM is an opportunity for members to meet with the Trustees and hear their report on the charity, review of the accounts, and governance arrangements.
2025 AGM - 3pm Sunday 29th June 2025
This year we will be holding our AGM at our Group Campfire, being held at Three Fishes Campsite on Gaul Road in March.
